Why am I not approved for a better credit card? 24 y/o 737 credit score

I've had my credit card for 2 years and have never paid interest, I pretty much buy everything using my credit card and then just constantly make payments on it so my credit score is 737. I bought a car in May and took out an auto loan, that car got totaled in December so I bought a new car that month. The insurance company paid off my loan and then I used the remainder of the money for the down payment on the other car and got another loan. I applied for a credit card with rewards since my current one has 0 rewards at all and got rejected. Is it because I haven't had my card long enough? Did the car accident have an effect? Maybe I applied for a card that's a little nicer than someone my age/credit history would be approved for? Would just like some advice!
